When you book online, it is downloaded to our computers.  

If your reservation falls within the next 90 days, your credit card will be charged and a confirmation letter and Receipt will be sent back to you via your email address.  

If you do not have an email address, the Confirmation and Receipt will be mailed to you.  In that case, you should call to confirm as well.   Booking online is a valid reservation and we honor our agreement to you as confirmed in writing.   

If your reservation is over 90 days away, you will receive an email telling the 90 days prior date that your card will be charged and the amount.
